Concert menu
At selected concerts in Parken, we offer a special concert menu that can be enjoyed before the concert. The menu is served as shared menu at the table.

The menu changes regularly; below is an example.
Sourdough bread with olive oil
Cod Croquetas with tartara sauce
Stracciatella with grilled Pumpkins, mizuna, peanuts and lemon dressing
Babaganoush with chilli crunch

Striploin w. chimichurri sauce and grilled greens
Crunchy potatoes with lime mayo

Grilled Apple sorbet with cinnamon crumble and whipped creme fraiche

Price per person 450,-
