Menu

For parties of 8 people and more, the menu must be agreed no later than 2 days prior to arrival. We offer our Chef’s choice menu for kr. 450DKK pr. person. The sharing menu includes 7 small courses + bread, served over 4 heats. NOTE! The menu changes once every month. This is an excellent choice for larger parties, creating a lively and relaxed buzz around the table.

If nothing else is agreed upon, we place mineral water on your table upon arrival. Still and sparkling for 35,- pr. person. It is ad libitum and will be filled up continuously throughout the dinner.

 

Regarding allergies or dietary requests, we can customize the menu. This must be arranged in advance and the price is the same as the normal menu. The number of courses can vary depending on the allergy we are dealing with.

ESTADIO ALL NIGHT

Here you'll decide your arrival after 19.00, and will be able to sit there all night, until we close at 00:30.

For groups over 25 persons it is possible to order the ALL NIGHT package where the free bar runs until 01:30 (and leaves the place no later than 02) + per person kr. 200,-

Group reservations

For larger parties we offer a section in our restaurant for up to 50 people, seated at small tables in true Bottega Estadio spirit. You can also rent the entire restaurant for up to 120 people, we have a lot of experience whit company events, birthdays, christenings, confirmations and weddings.

Modifications

Alterations of the confirmed number of guests, must duly happen 48 hours prior to the reservation. If alterations happen after this, we reserve the right to claim payment for the last agreed number of guests. This is justified by preparations and purchases for the scheduled event. Should you have any modifications to your reservation, i.e., arrival time, special dietary needs, etc., we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

Text messages are not valid.

Payment

If you wish to pay by invoice, this must be agreed in advance, and there will be an administration fee. When paying with Danish and European company cards, as well as credit cards issued outside Europe, there will be a payment fee.

Cancellation

Should you be obliged to cancel your reservation or to move it to another date, we kindly ask you to contact us at hello@estadio.dk. no later than 7 days prior to arrival. This allows us to offer guests on the waiting list a reservation at the restaurant. If the cancellation happens after this, we reserve the right to claim payment for the last agreed number of guests. This is justified by preparations and purchases for the scheduled event. Should you have any modifications to your reservation, i.e., arrival time, special dietary needs, etc., we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
Cancellation is only valid via mail.

No Show

Should the group not show up on the agreed evening, without having notified the restaurant in writing, you are kindly advised that due to the high demand for a table at the restaurant, we find it necessary to invoice the person/company responsible for the group of a total of the agreed price pr. person. If the group does not show up without any further notice, we will have food going to waste and an empty table, which we would much rather offer to other guests, should we know of the cancellation prior to the evening.
